Warranty Policy

The warranty period of all our products is 12+1* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months. The warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Within 30 days upon receipt of the order, shipping cost and handling fee are covered by 'Navisir'. Out of 30 days upon receipt of the order, customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

During the warranty period of 12+1* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months, if there is any quality problem, we will support free maintenance services or replace the product for you.

If 12-months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you free maintenance services.

If you have requested a replacement, the replaced products will continue the warranty of your original order. Example:

You purchased a product on 11/12/2023 with a 12-month warranty.

After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 04/01/2024.

The warranty period of the replacement is still from 11/12/2023 to 11/12/2024.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, physical, unauthorized repair or alteration, or wear and tear from normal use. ‘Navisir’ will not be held responsible for improper installations. Please install at your own risk. Our products go through many manufacturing and testing phases to ensure quality assurance. Any third party professionals that do not have involvement or partnerships with ‘Navisir’, are NOT Covered. Warranty assessment will only be professionally assessed by ‘Navisir’. Please note: It will not be possible for our products deteriorate or destroy vehicle features, accessories or general electrical.

No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
