Return & Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, a buyer accepts and agrees to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in this Refund and Return Policy, and will adhere to them unconditionally.

Please check your item(s) upon delivery, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us by email support@navisir.com.

For every purchase, we offer full-service support for the customers, because our goal is to make customers satisfied with the purchase.

Return and Refund Declaration

  • All of our products are covered by 12 months warranty for its replacement and repair.
  • Every order from us has a 30-day return and refund guarantee, which entitles you to claim a return, refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your items.

Policy Conditions and Requirements

Brand new products within 30 days of purchase will have a full product refund. Additionally, products may not be returned in used condition unless the products have quality problems.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be applied for within 30 days of receiving.
  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories originally come with the package.
  • In case of no fault of the seller, if you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the Shipping fee and 20% of the order price, which is not less than $50.
  • Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
  • To be eligible for a return, please contact us first support@navisir.com.

    Refund Policy

    • If the item is proven not to support your vehicle and it is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a refund of the item, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
    • If the returned item is not in its original condition, including damaged, in an unsellable condition or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our cause, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
    • If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs and 20% of the total purchase cost from your refund.
    • We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
    • More than 30 days after the purchased day is not eligible for a refund under terms of our program.

    Wrong Purchase or Purchase by Mistake

    • It is very important for ALL customers to confirm the compatibility of the models on the vehicle.
    • If you are uncertain about the compatibility, please feel free to take a picture of your original vehicle and send it to our sales department (support@navisir.com) together with you order number and our technician will be more than happy to assist you.
    • It’s customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct model before you purchase.
    • Exchange may only be accepted if the system is still in original packaging, original condition, and has not been tampered or attempted to be installed, with ALL contents of the box are still sealed and in original condition as it was shipped to the buyer.
    • Customers will be responsibility for the return shipping cost.

    Exchange

    • According to the12-Month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you.
    • If 12-months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a exchange.

    Non-Returnable Items

    We don't accept returns or refunds to the following conditions:

    1. Don't accept return or refund unless the item is demaged by non-human factors.
    2. If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including with scratches, damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by seller, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
    3. Shipping and Customs Duties will not be refunded.
    4. Don't accept refund if there is no sellers' fault.

    Return Process

    1. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us in a week support@navisir.com.
    2. We will respond quickly(please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order
    3. Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money of your refund.
    4. Within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
    5. You need to pay the shipping fee of return.

    Cancel Orders

    • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to contact us within 12 hours, please provide your order number and state the reason, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel is shipped. Otherwise, once the order is shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellation of your order.

    Navisir Third Party Purchase

You are to contact the supplier, dealer, buyer for any purchase that is not made from “Navisir” (eBay, Amazon or your local reseller etc).
