We offer FREE international shipping as standard and Paid expedited express delivery option.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We deliver to customers of the most countries in the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

We will offer different expedited express shipping services according to the situation to save delivery time, such as FedEx and DHL. If you have special requirements, please let us know in advance.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1-3 business days (not include weekend and public holiday) for us to fulfill and dispatch your order.
  • For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 1-5 days in these cases.
  • All orders will be fulfilled via our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Details

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the first email notification of the shipping details.
  • The tracking number will be sent out to your email 1-2 working days after you received the first email.

(It usually delays 1 - 3 days to sync the tracking information before uploading to the internet.)

NOTE:

  • If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deems fit to the mail carrier.
  • We are not responsible for the incomplete/incorrect address information (Bad Address) entered by you as the customer.
  • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 19% of the total charge per item.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate before processing your order, to ensure your goodies gets to you as quickly as possible ;)

Taxes and Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Your order may be subject to customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Tax and customs charges is dependent on your country law & regulations. Navisir does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

If customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
