We want you to love every Navisir purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
Items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, as noted at the time of purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We aim to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging.
After verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all regions and arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
All shipping costs for these returns are fully covered by Navisir—no fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Processing
Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed immediately.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Request Return Authorization
You can start your return in two easy ways:
1.Via your account: Log in on our website, go to Order History, select the relevant order, and submit a return request.
2.Via email: Contact our customer support team with your order number. We will reply within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
For your convenience, we provide prepaid return labels for all eligible US returns.
For international returns, or if you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please send the authorized return (with your RMA number clearly marked) to the address provided in your return confirmation.
Navisir will cover the standard shipping costs for eligible returns. Customers are responsible for any additional or expedited shipping fees. No return handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
