Thank you for choosing Navisir. These Payment Terms apply to all payments made on our website https://navisir.com/ and through our mobile app. By placing an order, you agree to these customer-focused Payment Terms.

1. Payment Methods

Navisir currently accepts PayPal only. All purchases must be completed using a valid PayPal account or a PayPal-supported payment method. Mobile app purchases also require PayPal authentication.

2. Payment Authorization and Processing

By submitting an order, you authorize Navisir to charge the full amount from your PayPal account. Payments are processed immediately after order confirmation. Only transactions showing a “Completed” status in PayPal are valid, and we will begin processing your order immediately.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted system. Navisir does not collect, store, or access your full payment details. PayPal’s anti-fraud and buyer protection policies apply to eligible transactions.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are displayed clearly with no hidden fees.

5. Taxes and Fees

Product prices do not include local taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by your government. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.

6. Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is rejected, your order will be automatically cancelled. You will receive an email notification immediately. Please check your PayPal account or contact PayPal support. You may also contact our team at service@navisir.com for assistance with placing a new order.

7. Refunds and Dispute Resolution

Payment-related disputes should first be submitted via the PayPal Dispute Resolution Center. 
Approved refunds will be returned to the original PayPal account and typically process within 3–5 business days.

Navisir may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website or app, with a clear “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
